PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Handbags and clothing are individually handmade, therefore there are no returns, no refunds. Only exchanges of something of equal value within 24 Hours.

*If clutch or item is in stock (already made) processing and ship is about 2-3 days. Occasionally clutches or items require 1-2 weeks to be processed and shipped if they are not in stock (already made).

*Please be patient. If there is a longer delay than usual an email will be sent out.

SHIPPING DETAILS

*Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrivals. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is sent out.

*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the USPS itself.

*Once the package has been shipped we are unable to make address changes.

For credit card paying customers, shipping address and billing address must be the same. Please note that your shipping and billing information is required to match in order for us to successfully process your order.
For security purposes, in the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund to you within 24 hrs.
